Purposes:
We may collect and retain your personal data, in particular for:

Legal basis for processing

  4. Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Your data is retained for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above.

The retention period for clients’ personal data depends on the specific purpose. In this context, clients’ personal data is kept for the time required to fulfill their request. If no action is taken, personal data is deleted within the period recommended by the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL), after a period of three years from collection, subject to:
– Legal possibilities and obligations regarding archiving.
– Obligations to retain certain data for evidentiary purposes and/or anonymization.

Personal data collected and processed to execute offers is kept for the duration necessary to manage the contractual relationship.

By exception, personal data required to establish proof of a right or contract is archived in accordance with legal provisions (5 or 10 years after the end of the business relationship, depending on the case).

Who receives your data?

Our internal services:
Data is processed by personnel from our various departments, such as the commercial department or the department responsible for IT security.

Trusted companies or individuals:
They process your information on our behalf for the purposes outlined above, in accordance with our instructions as described in our Privacy Policy, as well as any other appropriate use regarding confidentiality and security.

Technical subcontractors:
Your personal data may be transferred to our technical subcontractors (as defined in Article 4.8 of the GDPR) under strict supervision. Storage location:
Clients’ collected personal data is hosted in France.

Transfers outside the European Union:
If we use a service provider located outside the European Union, we commit to ensuring that appropriate measures have been implemented so that personal data receives an adequate level of protection.

  • Refuse to respond to a request if it is considered abusive (in view of its number, repetitive or systematic nature).
